Booking Policies

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these policies. A signed agreement will be completed before your first session.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the full appointment fee will apply. Payment must be made prior to scheduling your next session.
Late Arrivals
Appointments are scheduled for a specific time and cannot be extended if you arrive late. Please plan to arrive on time to enjoy your full session.
Illness Policy
Massage and bodywork services are not appropriate if you are experiencing an infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as possible if you are feeling unwell. If you cancel due to illness within the 24-hour window, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.
